Warranty

If the customer is a company, the goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any defects, damage or non-conformities. Any warranty claim must be reported to us in writing within two weeks after receipt of the goods. If no written notification is sent within this period, warranty claims are excluded. To meet the deadline, the notification must be sent in time.

For consumers, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, statutory warranty rights apply.

The warranty period is 24 months within the EU and six months outside the EU. For the Race Series, Levitaz offers a 24-month warranty period worldwide.

Every warranty claim requires a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number). Packages or shipments sent without an RMA number or return reference will not be accepted.

Damages and Liability

Our liability for breach of contract and breach of duty is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded, unless the liability concerns injury to life, body or health.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Withdrawal Policy

If the customer is a consumer, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement by post, e-mail or fax to:

The customer may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the customer sends the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, which is the most affordable option. This also does not apply to shipping costs outside the EU.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the customer’s notification of withdrawal from the contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The customer must return the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. To meet this deadline, the goods must be shipped before the 14-day period expires.

We will cover the costs of returning the goods within the EU. For returns from outside the EU, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.

The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect their quality, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which production is based on an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
