Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the transport company is selected by us. Orders are shipped from our warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover. In the case of delivery according to the customer’s instructions, the risk passes to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the contracted transport company.

If the customer is a consumer, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon handover of the goods. This also applies in the case of delivery according to the customer’s instructions.

Delivery within the EU is free of charge for orders with a total value of EUR 999.00 or more excl. VAT.

This free delivery option only applies to parcel shipments. Shipments with a girth of more than 300 cm, such as wing board shipments, are excluded from free delivery.

For orders below EUR 999.00 excl. VAT, shipping costs apply within the EU.

For all deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are charged separately, regardless of the order value. Customs duties, import taxes or other fees, if applicable, are not included in the shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

Customers will be informed about the individual shipping costs before the contract is concluded.

If delivery times differ from the standard delivery times, we will inform the customer accordingly.

Partial deliveries are permitted.
