BOARD CHARACTERISTICS
TECHNOLOGY
The new Exo 5 is sustainably produced in Portugal in a 100% carbon fiber construction which make the boards stiff, strength and simultaneously lightweight. The board is made with a 50K foam core which is closed cell, meaning that the core will take no water or blows out when it gets hot.
The foil mount got extra care and attention with a CNC-cut PET honeycomb panel which is laminated in carbon as well. Means you have carbon inside and outside of the board. The boards lamination process is an unique vacuum technique and results in a perfect connection to the core that the board will never delaminate.
